Astes Sports Warranty Policy
At Astes Sports, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and ensuring our customers’ satisfaction. This warranty covers all Astes Sports products purchased directly from us or through authorized dealers.
Warranty Duration
• The warranty is valid for 90 days from the date you receive your product.
How to Submit a Warranty Claim
To initiate a return, please complete the Warranty Form.
Warranty Evaluation
Once we receive your claim, we will evaluate the reported issue to determine if it is covered by our warranty, which may involve an inspection of the product or reviewing the documentation provided.
Warranty Resolutions
If your claim is approved, we will offer one of the following resolutions:
• Replacement: A new product of the same or equivalent design.
• Store Credit: Credit equal to the value of the defective product, which can be used for future purchases.
Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
• Normal wear and tear
• Misuse, abuse, or intentional damage
• Modifications or unauthorized repairs

• Damage from accidents, impacts, or improper storage
Return of Defective Product
In the event of a replacement, we may ask for the defective product to be returned to us at our expense.
