Refund policy

Thank you for your purchase! We hope you are happy with your item. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or exchange. Please review our return policy below for more details.


RETURNS

We offer a 15-day return policy. You have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. All returned items must be in their original condition, packaging, and include all tags and labels. Please note that returns are only supported in the US, Canada, and Australia.


RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return, please complete the Return Form.

If your return is accepted, securely place the item in its original packaging and mail it to the address provided in our email. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return shipping charges will be covered or reimbursed by us.


EXCEPTIONS

For defective, damaged, or incorrect products, please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us at support@astes-sports.com immediately. We will evaluate the issue and arrange a refund or exchange. To expedite the process, return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item.


REFUNDS

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and process your refund or exchange. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. We will notify you via email when your refund has been processed.
